Hi Mark, great to see Santiago, the conitions for front facing chield car seats are 20 kgs 1 year old and able to stand on their own, Donna drives for the family and childrens services, and she drove twins that qualified for the first time today, she drives them to visit their mother from a foster home and back after the visit. love and best wishes ed and donna
In Ontario, it is 20kg, 1year old and be able to stand on their own. Donna drives for the Family and Children children services, and today she drove twins and they were able to meet the conditions for the firet time, she has been driving them to and from foster mother to their Mother for over 6 months and she has become attached to them.
